You need to inform us whether you accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby the Booking Agreement will be considered terminated without any obligations on your part. In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2025. For bookings in 2026, the clause regarding price changes will refer to a comparison with the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate in March 2025.

EARLY BOOKING RATE

  • A bank card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • Your bank card will be charged for the first night 30 days before arrival as a reservation guarantee. If the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the charged amount will be refunded.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival, by 2 pm CET. A full refund will be issued.
  • For cancellation of the reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the charged amount.
  • If the payment cannot be processed, you will be notified. If we are unable to charge your bank card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in line with our policy.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
